Hello dear forum.

I know that it has been a while but it has been a ruff year. While going through my grandmother's belongings I came across a few more letter to my great-grandmother Helena from our family in Poland. Once again I am asking someone to help me with the translation.

Thank you kindly, Diane

Wow! What a neat thing to do! Thanks so much for any help you can give me.
This is a copy of my great-grandfather's birth certificate. I can translate some of it, for instance I can make out his name Joannes, his father's name Laurentius Zabawa, his mother was Helena maiden name Bylinowski. I'm not sure about the rest. Does it say Helena was daughter of Jacob? And I cannot make out the rest the words under "Mater". And I am not sure of the names under "Patrini".

I would like the dates translated also, so I can be sure of them.

Thanks so much!
Pat

I would be ever so grateful if someone could interpret this document. I believe it is some kind of work record. I've established the name, place and date of birth. I believe it says he is a laborer. I can't seem to find appropriate translations for the rest of it and I cannot read the handwritten entries. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Dear members,

the image attached contains some words written in Cyrillic (1872 to 1876)
that I would like to identify, because I think they refer to the age of a
mother, as they appear in three birth certificates and two death
certificates. In all records these words come right after the mother's
maiden name (z Lesinskich). I have pointed out the patterns I found.

Thank you

Hello,

A few monthes ago I was asking for a translation on a baptisim record in
latin. I was given a great deal of help with it. However, my translation was
hitting blocks a few times by unknown words or letters. I was hoping to get
a little more help. Thanks!
(I am also including the original scan of the record).

Any word or sections in [brackets] are the areas I am having trouble
translating.

Hello Tad. I am finally trying to send you a copy of the Ship Manifest. I have photocopied the copy I had to just show you the relevant information. The mystery is what the name of the "City or Town" says under Place of Birth. If you can figure that out, or your friends can, I will be very much indebted to you all. I will now try to scan the copy. Have a wonderful day. (We have very hot weather, but have air conditioning.) I am very inexperienced with attaching files, etc. Please let me know if it was successful. Rodman

What does God want? "Be still and know that I am God..." (Psalm 46:10) I can do that.

I have just received a response to an inquiry I made to the Ukraine Volhyne regional State archives. I was so excited to get it, even though I cannot read it. I was wondering if anyone would be able to translate,I wrote to them in polish, I don't know if that is what they wrote back it. this is the Bolhyn region which was once part of Poland.

I was hoping that I would be able to have the attached files translated.

Thank you, Susan Hamel
